Had an amazing time with friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Knightsbridge tube station, making it super easy to get around. We visited Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London, both were just a hop away. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Definitely a solid place for a city adventure with pals!

Great location just a few minutes from the station. The Deluxe Double Room with Shower was comfy with a big bed and clean bathroom. It had good WiFi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and soundproofing. The hot shower and toiletries were a nice touch. Narrow stairs can be a hassle with bags, though.

The mattress urgently needs a protector, as stains were noticeable, and the overall bathroom setup lacked any toiletries aside from toilet paper. The TV remained useless, turning on but failing to display channels, which led to some disappointment. the oversized bags of linen blocking the doorway didn't contribute to a welcoming vibe, and maintenance on the cracked door would be a good idea.
